Nottingham Trent Uni - Advice Needed

How do I meet other people doing my course and also people who are joining the uni?
How do I find a community Hub for my accodmation? how do I get in contact with my future flatmates?
How do I got about socialise like this in general, all is very new

Make sure you go to freshers week, that’s the most vital time for making friends as by the time freshers week is finished everyone is already in friend groups, I made this mistake when joining uni. Also join multiple clubs and student unions, go to events, and to get in contact with your future flatmates try and find the hall you are going to join on Facebook, your uni should have a Facebook account where there are lots of people asking if there are others staying in the same accommodation as them
