UCL or Bayes for postgraduate studies in Real Estate

I'm going to move to London to pursue a master's degree in Real Estate. I have offers for Bayes’ MSc in Real Estate and UCL’s MSc in Real Estate Economics and Investment Analysis.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of the different universities and programs? Which of the programs is likely to provide me with the best job opportunities at a real estate investment company in London after graduation? Which program/school is most highly regarded in the business community in England as well as internationally? Any other perspectives on how I should think when choosing?
