A level Aqa Psych or OCR Law

If yous done any of these 2 or both with diff or same examboard lmk bc I wanna know which has more content more essay writing more memorisation more manageable in that case want like ik law has cases got to memorise and psychology has evaluation points and psychologists and theorists I ruled out sociology as it’s harder to revise then psych and you got cases added on more then psych basically and easier structure for psych than sociology and lesser essay writing for psych now this is the question aqa psych or ocr law???

I do AQA psych. There is a LOT of content. Do not underestimate how much. But it is super interesting.
I can’t speak for law.

Does law have more content or lesser which is more manageable meaning which has lesser memorisation in content and easier exam questions and easier to revise lmk how too and yeah and what’s your other a level and examboard and what year you in??

i’m year 13 sitting my exams this week and next week. i would say they both have a lot of content, probably the same amount. i would say it just depends on how you would prefer an exam paper. for law paper 1 and 2 there are three 20 markers and one 12 and one 8 marker, every time every year. and for paper 3, there are four 20 markers. i know that’s a lot of essays but i prefer it as i walk in the exam knowing what the structure of the questions will be if that makes sense? but for psych there’s just any marks of questions. i find the law content more interesting than the psych content. i use flash cards for both subjects however i find law easier to memorise as every topic has a certain structure and order that you have to memorise it in. it’s hard to explain but for psychology it’s more sort of all over the place? idrk but i think for law it’s more easier to predict what will come up in the paper as well

i would say just look at the content for each and see what’s more interesting to you

economics is my other alevel and i’m doing a solicitor apprenticeship in september so yeah law is quite good for me so just think ab what you wanna do after alevels when choosing ? i got 9, 8, 7, 7, 7, 6, 5, 67 (combined science) in gcses. i dont think theres much difference between ocr law and aqa law tbh and the content is the same but ocr structure their questions easier. tbh law is easier to memorise but just have longer questions than psychology which some people hate so depends 🤷*♂️ i would say go for law if ur interested in law for the future

i just find psychology content boring in my opinion i know some ppl find it interesting but law content is more interesting as it’s actually real life like psychology is just all theories

Btw what examboard do u do for economics as also considering that do u do aqa and do you find it your easiest a level compare to both content heavy law and psych does econ have more memorising needed for answers lmk thanks rank your subjects from most manageable and easiest meaning content wise memorisation easier exam style questions and easier to predict them thanks again 😆???

i do economics edexcel and its my worst subject i find the hardest and just boring i don’t recommend it at all😭😭. its probably easier if you find the stuff interesting but i find it so dull. i would say economics does have less content than law and psychology by far so its good for that but i find it more hard to understand. but i would say economics is easiest to manage and then law and then psychology hardest. but i hate economics so nah 😭 out of all three of them i find law easier to predict the questions for my exam next week

i really don’t recommend economics its so boring. law is way more interesting especially the criminal stuff like murder theft and stuff. it does get harder in year 13 when you do contract but not that hard

with economics the content is hard to understand but for law if you can memorise it then your fine
