desperate for advice on gcse cramming

i’m about to start my gcses on wednesday. i started revising last week and i’ve covered all the material for the first 2-3 weeks of exams. but i’m having panic attacks. i haven’t revised anything beyond 2 weeks. what do i do? i’m so scared and i rely on academic validation but due to my relapse of my ed i’ve been unable to properly revise. please, if anyone has advice i’d recommend it. i do business, biology, geography, german, english, history, maths, and RS.

so I haven't started looking at any of the paper 2's of my GCSE I think that is the best strategy to keep stress down as then you only have half your GSCEs to worry about before the half term in the middle. For me before the half term i have 10 exams and i am only revising or them rn and i will revise for the other during the week of halfterm.

And don't worry i do A LOT OF CRAMMING and i am still predicted 5 9's the teachers say its bad to make you think like that but i don't see why it is bad it works. Just make sure you get good nights of sleep on the day of the cram and it will be good. For business THE MAIN THING is (i am predicted a 9 in this) LEARN THE STRUCTURE TO ANSWER EVERY TYPE OF QUESTION LIKE ANALYSE,EVALUTE etc.and learn the content read, you revision guide multiple times and then do exam questions. FOR science main things is just content and then EXAM QUESTIONS THERE ONLY SO MANY QUESTIONS THEY CAN EVER ASK YOU! https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/biology-revision/gcse-aqa/homeostasis-and-response/# best website for exam questions
