I messed up! Need help asap!!!

Hello! I'm a drop student of the year 2024. I took a drop year because it costs too much to study in a med school, and it's not fair. I messed up in today's exam, I expected so much but ended up disappointing everyone. I hate myself so much for that. But the paper was difficult and wasn't that easy. So, I don't know if I'll get through this quickly because I'm assuming that I won't be able to get a government seat all over the country. My predicted marks show rank below a hundred thousand, and there's a small hope in me and my mom. But my dad was utterly disappointed. I don't know why I took science after high school, I just wish I could turn back time. Everybody moved, but I still feel that I was stuck in 2020. **** covid. It changed my life for bad. I am mentally disturbed right now how to deal with my situation and my family, and will I be able to get into a government med school? Plz give your comments 🙏🏻
