Does anyone have any reccomended RANRA websites that aren't BBC bitesize and JTP? Or maybe youtube videos? I have reviewed my basic maths already and have actually had my JTP refunded - I had a multitude of IT issues that meant it wasn't always accessable, and actually found it was quite irrelevant to the PH application - all seems to be marketed at American business applicants or law students! Thanks in advance!

I know someone who had the same situation; they wrote back and asked for clarification and for their application to be re-assessed. They were selected for the exam in the end. The only issue was that by that time there were no exam slots available nearby…

Hello, thank you for responding. I am still waiting for a response to my email. Did they just have to email or do something else? Losing hope about it now as it will be holidays soon.

As far as I remember they just emailed using the contact details listed on Oriel. Sorry can’t be more helpful!

Fingers crossed they get back to you soon.

Hi everyone, curious to know what people are using for SJT prep as jobtestprep is weird for SJT.

Hi everyone, i seem to have conflicting information. Is the RANRA negatively marked? are there any other sections that are too?

There'll likely be over 2500 applicants this year, based on 100 places I'd imagine ~300 people are invited to interview. Does anyone know how many are normally found to be 'appointable'?

Here are the stats. I think there have never been more than 1500-1600 applications

That's alright. Your response was actually helpful. Quite concerning that this happens though. Thank you very much! They must be enjoying their holidays now. Hopefully I get a reply soon.

Yeah my job test prep was doing the same. Would seemingly randomly stop me logging into the website

Also can I ask what Bitsize reosurces have you been using? Is it on the individual topics like fractions and percentages. I haven't used these properly in years so need to practice them in a bit more detail

If we were successful at the AC/interview when would the training start? Am I right thinking beginning of August? Many thanks

Yes - I just did fractions and percentages and volume/area. Not sure how useful my revision has been. And I've been on holiday so done nothing for two weeks! I'm thinking of this exam as a bit of a trial run as I'm not convinced my RANRA is good enough! I guess you never know though!

Out of curiosity, where did you get this application number from? That's quite high!

nope! I have looked everywhere. So frustrating as hard to tell if you are learning, or just remembering the answers after doing the tests a few times.
