Chester, Lincoln or York St. John Uni

Hi!! I'm planning on going to Uni in 2025, and would like to apply to one of these 3 Uni's as one of my safe options. Which of the three do you think is best?

Hi, I would suggest visiting your choices on an open day to get a feel for the university and for the course you are interested in. I will attach a link for you to view our upcoming open days where you can book a place.

I would also recommend thinking about what the important factors of university are outside of your course e.g. support offered, night life, size of university, is it one campus or is the university spread across the city, societies.
Whilst these things may not be number 1 on the priority list, sometimes small differences can help you decide which university fits best with you and what you need/want out of your university experience.

Hi there!

It's fantastic to hear that you're considering University of Chester among your options! 😊

Each university offers its own unique experience to everyone, but of course, I'll happily share my experience at the University of Chester.

First of all, the main campus of the University of Chester (Exton Park) is a short walk from the centre of Chester which is beautiful! Although, it is a smaller city- that’s what I love the most about Chester. There’s lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars/pubs and a couple of clubs. Plus, it’s really close to bigger cities such as Liverpool and Manchester too!
One thing I have loved while studying at UoC is the student well-being, academic and careers and employability support. Theres always someone there to offer support if you need it!

Of course, choosing the right university is a big decision so I would advise you to check out all the universities you are thinking of (if you can). I’m sure that way you will get a feel for the ones that you think suit you the best.

Good luck,
Paige- UoC Digital Marketing MSc student
