Picking between LSE and Warwick for HisPol (insurance)

Hi guys!

This (academic) year I applied for History and Politics at some very competitive unis and I got into all of them- but my grades are a little concerning.

I will still definitely be making Cambridge my firm (A*AA offer) but I'm not sure whether I should pick LSE (AAB) or Warwick (ABB) as my insurance. Both Unis are great Unis with various pros and cons for me. I'm an inner-city London student who comes from a very working-class background so I'm concerned about funds too.

What unis should I pick?
Thank you!
Well if you're based in London you could potentially save a fair bit of money living at home while studying at LSE. LSE also has some pretty generous means tested bursaries and other support (I think they have significant student halls rent discounts for students from low income backgrounds for example).

Warwick is probably cheaper than London for living away from home but you'd need to factor in costs of moving out there (and back home if you plan to live at home in the summers).

Worth looking into the differences in course offerings on the history side as LSE focuses very much on modern international history I gather and so there is little medieval history and no ancient history I believe.
