Should I email Unis about permanent student accommodation?

Hi All,
I'm going to start year 12 soon and plan to go to university later to work in museums/heritage. Due to not being able to get a rent guarantor due to my family's financial situation it will be hard, but not impossible, for me to find a private rent for second year onwards. Due to having 2 disabilities, I was wondering if it was worth emailing the Unis I am interested in (Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Loughborough and Exeter) to see if they offer disabled students continued accommodation by the uni as I have heard some do.

Depends on the university possibly.

I was personally offered continued and discounted accommodation (I’m paying the price of a standard room for my accommodation (good value for money considering that it’s a studio) this year compared to last year where I paid full price).
