any things to memorise for GCSE numeracy/maths and science (double award)?

things like formulas or essential details please. also perhaps some rituals to reduce stress since im on the edge of my seat already and the exams havent begun yet

For maths you get provided a formula sheet so don't panic on that just mainly go through past papers and if you're a visual learner, use cognito's videos. Science is also mainly past papers so just try to do them as well. Websites like cognito, savemyexams, physics and maths tutor are beneficial as well.
