Student finance - Supporting application

Hi. My sister and I applied for student finance and we received an email today to say our mom has 28 days to support our applications.

When she logs in to her account to upload her financial info, she gets an error message saying "sorry we can't find your application right now".

How can this be fixed?

If she's unable to do this via her account by clicking on 'support an application'. Then we'd advise getting her to do the paper form.
