Age of Discovery - History NEA

Hiya,
I've seen people asking about their NEA questions, although I haven't decided on a question yet, I'm looking at the Age of Discovery (I'm double checking with my teacher that I can do this due to some possible overlaps)

Within my course, I'm studying;
1. Stuart Britain
2. Revolutionary Russia

and and NEA - i have three options for my NEA that I feel I would be interested in; slavery/the transatlantic slave trade, the age of discovery or lawlessness in the American West.

If anyone has any resources at A Level or anything similar, or any advice... they would be greatly appreciated.
