Can I get into University of Leicester with BBC at clearing?

I have gone into clearing after taking a gap year and my results are BBC, I am currently looking at Law at University of Leicester, would it be possible with BBC at clearing?

This relies on Leicester accepting BBC instead of AAB - and that is essentially No, even if they had spaces, which they probably won't.

You should start looking at 'lower Unis who may have spaces at Clearing and who would go that low on grades - like Hull, Northumbria, Middlesex, UWE, Brighton etc

Hi there,

Happy to see that you are considering University of Leicester.
There is a chance you get accepted through clearing, but we cannot confirm that just yet.
First thing you should do when the clearing process begins is call the admissions team, explain your situation and they can offer you some guidance on what your options are.
There is more information on how to apply through clearing on here.

Hope this helped answer your question 😁

It’s not impossible, especially if you’re eligible for contextual criteria. I got an offer for Pol+IR with grades of BBC + B in epq through normal admissions!
