for the 4 marker?
i put:
1.4*1024 divided by 13*60

1.4 GiB = 1.4X8 Gib
= 1.4X1024 Mib
= 1.4X1024^3 b
= (1.4X1024^3)/1000^2 to get to megabits
the number above / 13X60

that is prob wrong but that's what I put

Shouldn’t you be dividing by an 8 in there though because I thought it was bytes to bits

its (1.4 * 1024) / 13*60
because it asked for transmission speed which is, file size over time, and asked for megabits per second so:
1.4 times by 1024 and then 13 mintues into seconds 13* 60 so it will be the file size over the time.

its (1.4 * 1024*1024) / 13*60
because it asked for transmission speed which is, file size over time, and asked for megabits per second so:
you convert tebibyte into mega bits times 1.4 by 1024 twice and then 13 mintues into seconds 13* 60 so it will be the file size over the time.

1.4*1024*1024 = mebibytes
1.4*1024*1024*8 = mebibits

i don't think you need the 8

bytes to bits = *8

btw in the exam I really needed to go to the bathroom. invigilator let me go, but when I came back it looked like she wrote my name down or something like that. For 2 minutes she stared at me and then she went to see my name on my card. I haven't done anything wrong and I am scared I will get disqual

I don’t see why you would

I think they just have to write down the name and time when somebody leaves the exam hall just in case they were cheating they have a kind of log?

what was the expression for a bitmap size ? I put colour depth * image width * image length

I put width * height
the reason I didn't put colour depth is because that makes the value the file size which goes against the question
The size of the image is w*h
