Study Gap
IS it possible to study in UK for Undergraduate after 12th Higher Secondary Education with 65% and 8 Years gap counting from 2016. Just to mention I started Bachelors degree in my country but could not completed it and left the degree in 2020 with 4 semesters completed and started a Job in year 2020, currently have experience letter of 4 years, Is this gap justifiable and eligible to pursue a bachelors program in UK?
If applied with Incomplete Transcript (4 Semesters) and some Recomendation letters for Undergraduate course?

Unlikely. Whilst UK Unis will accept Indian 12th, and may accept you will a semi completed Indian degree, being 'out of education' for that long would not be acceptable. You would need to take a qualification to bring your study skills up to date, and show your current ability. Its worth emailing the Unis you are interested in with full details of your qualifications and experience, and asking for their advice.
