Hi! I'm an international student applying for GEM this cycle.
I've sat both the UCAT and GAMSAT.
GAMSAT - S1-57/ S2-69/ S3-63 (Overall is 63 in both calculations)
Is my GAMSAT high enough to be invited to any of the GAMSAT GEM unis that don't have strict work experience requirements (Considering Swansea, Nottingham, Ulster, Worcester?) ?
Should I apply to them or should I just apply to UCAT unis instead (UCAT is 2970 B2)? I also know that Swansea is a UCAT and GAMSAT uni - how should I rank my test preferences, which should go over the other?

Anyone have advice for S3? (I am panicking because I have not done any sciences since 2011 GCSEs). Going over Study Mind / Medify Practice Tests at the moment

My advice would be to not panic! I found the real GAMSAT to be very different to prep materials, especially section 3. Everything you need to be able to answer the question is in the question stem. They make it look complicated with scientific-looking stems but it might just be a simple one-step or two-step calculation. Most of the information they give is irrelevant.

Section 3 is all about picking the relevant bits of information needed to solve the question. There was a lot of maths and data tables. I would advise brushing up on logs, indices, manipulation of equations etc.

hey I am interested in doing that too!
