Breathe! Your teacher knows you well and will understand if you need to take a few moments to gather yourself in between slides/points. It's not a bad thing at all if you need to take a moment and gather your thoughts. In fact - overcoming nerves effectively may work in your favour as it shows you're able to overcome stress and get back on track.

Remember you know the content. You're in control and your teacher doesn't know what you're 'supposed' to be saying at any point. If you miss something out then it's ok. Take a minute, gather your thoughts and either fit it in somewhere else or move on to the next point 🙂

Practice a few times before, either on your own or with friends or family in a small group. If you're a bit nervous - practice with your back to your audience! Use the practice to focus on your pace and the info you'd like to talk about!
