There are no BTEC L3 Childcare courses that are just 32 points (unless you mean a Nat Dip at PassPass). What is the actual FULL title of the course you are doing? If it is an Ext Cert or Diploma, you should be doing something else alongside it, so if so. what is that?

If this is just an NVQ, then you have no realistic chance of going to University with just that.
You would need to do a Level 3 course such as Access to HE to bring your skills up to the right level - look at Access to Higher Education (accesstohe.ac.uk)

I suspect that you'll find quite a few courses with a foundation year at London Metropolitan University which will accept 32 UCAS points.

For example, for Education (including foundation year) BA (Hons) they want:

"• at least one A level (or a minimum of 32 UCAS points from an equivalent Level 3 qualification, eg BTEC Subsidiary/National/BTEC Extended Diploma)
English Language GCSE at grade C (grade 4) or above (or equivalent)"

There are lots of other similar "including foundation year" courses there which accept just 32 UCAS points.

CACHE is a vocational (job focussed) qualification - not an academic preparation for a degree course and its not usually accepted by Universities for exactly this reason. You may find some 'lower' Unis that accept this for a Foundation course - but actually you'd be better taking something like a 1-year Access to HE course at a local college etc as a preparation for academic based study : Access to Higher Education (accesstohe.ac.uk)

Upon achievement of this qualification it is intended that learners will be able to enter the workforce as Early Years Educators.
So although it does give UCAS points, you will need other qualifications alongside. or as @DataVenia has said look at a Foundation course

It has probably been mentioned a lot before but foundation year course would be the best option at university.
