Hello! I am dropping out and need someone to take my place at the house I was going to be moving into near Portsmouth Uni. I will pay for the security deposit (£400) if needed!

Handy location. Perhaps you could give more info about the other housemates - courses, M/F mix etc. It's important to some people.
