Clifford Chance ACCESS Development Programme Interview

I recently got an email saying I’d gotten through to the the final recruitment stage of the Clifford chance programme. Has anyone completed the interview in recent years, does anyone have any advice or topics/ questions that may come up?

Is this for the sixth form or university programme? I have an upcoming interview for the sixth form programme but I don't know if it'll be before or after yours!

I'm currently on the ACCESS program, the interview was really chill as I remember it. I had a massive document with a bunch of draft responses to generic questions (don't book learn anything, you dont want to sound like a robot) which is good interview prep in general, not just for this. Honestly, I just remember coming away thinking that my interviewer was really nice (as everyone I've met at CC so far have been). Mine didn't really have much work talk and it was more getting to know each other. I dont know if they emphasise this within the description of ACCESS but they are looking for people they will want to work with in the future, so a lot of it is knowing that you are actually a nice person face to face (or screen to screen lmao)

Hi, my interviewer was quite friendly so overall it went well, a few questions I didn’t get to answer as well as I’d hoped but it didn’t go as bad as I thought it would. How was yours?

Nope, nothing yet. Though, if they said to you that it could be this week, it may well not be till towards the end of it if they're quite busy.
