I randomly get days when I'm so hungry. They come and go but no matter what i eat, I'm hungry an hour later even if i hate a proper meal. I has changed in my life and the only thing that i can possibly think of that could cause it is hormones. My period stopped a few days ago.
Its just frustrating because I can just eat and not full and then i'll either finish when i have not much food to eat or im not allowed to eat anything else or I'm genuinely filled to the brim feeling sick(which rarely ever happens).
I don't gain weight from it either because like i said, it comes and goes so my lifestyle does balance out because other days - i feel normal. This isnt a consistent thing. Right now, I feel like i could eat a cow - baring in mind that i had lunch 2 hours ago(pasta, olives and chicken) and an hour ago, I literally cleaned out my fruitbowl which consisted of apples, oranges, a mango and some bananas. It doesn't seem out of the ordinary to some people to me, on average i don't eat that much.
