My insurance was cancelled while i had international license
Now i have full uk license when i will buy new insurance should i select yes or no on the question asking did your insurance ever got cancelled?

You can discuss this matter with your new insurance company when you are looking for a quote from them before buying the policy.
If you don't declare that you had your previous insurance policy cancelled and the new insurance company find out about it then they will just invalid your policy ( cancel it again).
So tick yes okay.

Yes, you had insurance cancelled before. So when any future insurance companies ask (which they will do), you have to say that yes you have.
You having an international licence before doesnt alter things.
