Hey, waiting to hear back from Ford after doing the virtual assessment centre about last week. What about you ?

Same as you, they asked for my right-to-work documents and I am waiting for them to respond.

Don’t stress,, the fact that they asked for your right to work documents likely means you are through to the virtual assessment centre. It just so happens that a few people did theirs earlier than you.

They mentioned smt abt the best scores go straight thru and some get sent rejections. So does it mean our scores were in the middle or r they marking it when assessment centres r done ?

Was the assessment centre just scenarios you play along with, like an online interview ?

Interview
Escape Room (Group exercise)
Case Study
Role Play

Nah it was 8:30 am to 4 pm 😂. But there are a lot of breaks in between exercises so it was fine.
