what should i do about my driving test and my apprenticeships with bad parents?

so i dont wanna get into the details but basically i need a vehicle for my apprenticeship and my driving test is on the 28th of june. my dad stopped talking to me for over 4 weeks after we got into a fight so he wont teach me how to drive and i kinda want to cut him off after i start my apprenticeship anyways since i live in a toxic household. i have around 700 in the bank so i cant afford an instructor. what should i do? I was thinking of maybe just cancelling the test and getting a motorbike? since the cbt is like 150 and i can get a loan to buy the motorbike since i will be making good money.
