Yes.

When it comes to your UCAS Personal Statement you'd probably want to focus on International Relations. When Cambridge receive your application, they'll send you a link to a form they call My Cambridge Application which gathers some additional information not captured by UCAS. This form also allows you (optionally) to provide an additional personal statement. Cambridge do this because they know they you may be applying for one course there and a different course everywhere else. So you can provide a custom Asian and Middle Eastern Studies personal statement here.

Note that this additional personal statement is only half the length of the main UCAS one, and that the deadline for My Cambridge Application is one week after the UCAS deadline for Cambridge. So you might want to have this additional personal statement mostly prepared ahead of time (so you don't have to rush it).
