plastic surgery

I'm a girl who is 5'11. I don't have a feminine face either. I'm not graceful. I'm not fat but not skinny like a model either. I have a round face which im trying to slim down by cutting out more processed sugar but after 3 weeks - i haven't seem much change like i thought i would, despite losing some weight. I just don't look feminine or pretty, just ugly and sort of masuline. I always had a big nose when i was young, i thought if i got older - i would grow into it but it still looks big. The actual slop of the nose is fine but the end bit is just too round and bigger than what i want it to be.
I also want my lips to look bigger, they aren't think but in order to look more feminine - i want them bigger.

I've been told that i have "dead" eyes and i have a hard stare which i don't mean to, but i just feel like it takes away my femininity but i don't want to be messing with my eyes.

I'm from kent - does anyone have any good plastic surgeons recs or just advice in general
I wouldn't worry about being as skinny as a model because some of those models aren't even that skinny and they have good editors and the ones that are that skinny abuse their body to become skinny
