Hiya!

I'm a student at Northumbria who's currently on my placement year and I love the library, I find it very modern and comfortable!
In the basement and 1st floor there are collaborative areas where you can do group work and on the other floors there are quiet and silent zones where you can do independent work and there are even little rooms you can book out if you want more privacy.

There is also an ask4help zone in the library where you can ask staff any questions or issues you may have, I have gone to them a few times and they've always been friendly and helpful. https://www.northumbria.ac.uk/about-us/university-services/student-library-and-academic-services/student-engagement/ask4help/
