Hello all, exams are very soon and law paper 1 will be on the 21st.

Does anyone have predictions for the paper??

And does anyone have good revising/active recall methods? :smile:

For section A I predict it will be on solicitors/barristers roles/ regulations.Maybe jurisdiction of civil/crim courts. Sentences e.g types of custodial sentences and maybe aims? For B : defo attempts, duress/necessity. Hopefully something on murder/involuntary + defences dm or loc. essay : HOPEFULLY INTOXICATION OR ABH!!!!
