Offer for Bath

I’m currently studying a foundation year at city university of London for electronic and electrical engineering. I’ve been getting above 90% in all of my modules so I’ve been doing pretty well and am guaranteed to be able to move on to the normal BEng course at city, however I did apply to a few units a few months ago, mostly on a whim as I didn’t think I’d receive any offers. I just got an offer from university of bath yesterday and I’m not quite sure what to do. I’m from London, thus going to a university here has been ideal for me as I’m a really family/friend oriented person and I also just love it here. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure bath is a better uni than the one I’m currently attending but I’m just not quite sure whether being that far away from everything is worth it for me. I do have one friend that currently goes there and she’s also told me that the diversity over there is nothing like it is here in London and I’m just not sure how much I’d be able to fit in. I can’t really come to a decision on what’s more worth it right now since I’ve also been having a lot of concerns about my future career, so I thought that I’d ask for any advice or insight on both options here ^^

The 'lack of diversity' at Bath is a bit of a myth - have a look at the photo of these CS students : Congratulations to those invited to the Lovelace Colloquium (bath.ac.uk)
