The price is £393 per week including all bills and free laundry room access.
You get a private bathroom, kitchen and bedroom with a double bed and double wardrobe.
Water, heating, electricity and super fast Wi-Fi is all included in the bills.
It's close to the city centre, Lidl, Sainsburys, Tesco, different restaurants and University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Salford.
The contracts starts 7 Sept 2024.
