Failed MOSLER

Hi,
I failed my fourth year mosler (osce) one mark each in the technical skill, communication and management domain. We need to pass every 5 domain in order to pass the mosler assessment. I read the feedback and they mentioned some issues with my communication like my lack of eye contact as well as the flow of the consultation. I wonder what is the best way to improve these skills?
I have my resit in july and it worries me since I have to handle placements at the same time!
I’m an international student so sometimes I do worry they might judge me based on my accent and ethnicity🙁
