hi there. i am the same as you. i have been struggling for a long time too but i think for me keeping busy, understanding the temporary pleasures aren’t worth it and praying more intently whilst also not placing myself in precarious situations that make me think of porn, has helped. obviously im no expert but i think constantly reminding yourself that its just something you are harming your mind with, developing unhealthy desires, is important but also knowing that the weight will always be there and so will the shame so why even put yourself there. for me, it has been keeping busy with work and surrounding myself with people as well as the type of content i am taking in. in the end if you intend to want to stop and you are trying then i believe that God is aware of that and you are already the first step in the right direction.

some extra tips:

surround yourself with people especially when you having thoughts of watching

try listening to Quran if you have thoughts

keep busy - with work or develop hobbies to oppose watching porn

understand that it is harming you and these temporary fleeting moments of pleasure literally only cause you shame and this weight of things to conceal

remember even when you are alone, no one is around, God still is there

for me personally, i put my browser on hiding explicit searches

i avoid anything that is too explicit to avoid getting thoughts and over time it no longer bothers me

once again i wanna reiterate that i am no expert nor am i someone who’s shaming the idea of watching porn but as a muslim girl, with love for my faith and an understanding that watching porn, harms (scientifically proven) the psyche of human mind, i believe it is good that you are working on avoiding it
you are not alone, keep your intentions pure and good, keep trying and all will slowly but surely be good InshAllah x

My sister let me give you an advice that will genuinely end this addiction forever IF you act on it. Quran 29:45= the salah it removes the filth and the evil from your life . My sister NEVER miss a single prayer. Even if you have to wake up at 3am and do ghusl before fajr, do the ghusl and then pray. Even if you have been watching it for 5 hours and then the time for fajr comes go and pray fajr. Shaytan will make you feel like you are being a hypocrite but pray regardless. At the start you might have to do ghusl 5 times a day just so you can pray each prayer but still pray. Over time, you will have to do less and less ghusls and eventually you won't have to do any as you will have stopped watching it. My sister I promise you this will work if you don't give up.

One more advice for you my sister: start fasting Mondays and Thursdays as the prophet saw told us that fasting reduces desires. My sister fast and pray and you will get over this.

Finally beg Allah in all of your prayers to help you overcome this calamity.

When Allah loves a person he tests them. Ask Allah to help you succeed in this test and your life will become so blessed.

First of all I would like to commend you for speaking up about this issue. Remember Allah is always there for you and do not give up I him.

I have got a few tips for you here:
1. Try to pray all your salaahs on time and if possible at the masjid

2. Start praying 2 rakat salaah istighfar and haajat and cry to Allah about your difficulties and challenges with addiction. ALWAYS REMAIN HOPEFUL AND NEVER DOUBT OR QUESTION ALLAHS POWER

3. Look at what is triggering you to watch porn and masterbate and in what situations and see how you can resolve that.

E.g maybe when no one is at home then you watch or maybe in your room or even when you have nothing to do and have got free time.

4. I'm not sure if you're working or studying but outside those times make yourself busy with a hobby or side business/project so you have something to occupy your mind and something to do in your free time. Just make sure you use up all your free time in some way so your mind doesn't start drifting towards the bad stuff.

5. When outside and even on social media keep your gaze low. Delete social media if you have to.

6. Start Meditating for 10 minutes daily to increase control over your thoughts and actions.

7. Start journaling daily to express gratefulness and it will decrease depressed and negative thoughts.

8. Get in a habit of doing thikr like subhanallah alhamdulillah astaghfirullah though your day so your mind is constantly in state of remembering Allah.

This is what helped me to quit this crippling addiction and I make dua it will help you too inshallah.
