Use notes available online or from your textbook (many use the CGP guides for STEM) and go through your spec = acts as your checklist.

Do timed past papers. Make note things of: things you get wrong, commonly asked questions, the mark scheme answers.
•
Bio for eg: is more flexible in terms of marking. They allow you to make different points to score the marks. Chemistry in comparison, has quite a rigid mark scheme which you must kinda adhere to. Key words must be mentioned. One thing I like doing is writing extra. Especially if you ain’t sure what the question is saying, define key words and write anything you know revolving the concepts asked in the question. They can give you the benefit of the doubt mark.

Add mark scheme answers to your notes and re read em notes. Try and understand not memorise concepts.
