Different universities will treat those subjects differently. Did you have any universities in mind to which you might like to apply.

As a random example, for their BSc (Hons) Paramedic Science degree, Birmingham City University say they want "Health and Social Care, Psychology, Social Science or Science subject at A Level or level 3 equivalent" (details). So you'd be fine there, but that doesn't mean the same would be the case elsewhere.

Also, you're quite vague as to what qualifications you'd be studying at the "different school". Are "psychology sociology and health and social care" actual A levels, or BTEC Extended Certificates, or something else?

The reason I ask is that universities are often very precise when it comes to different qualifications. For example, T levels and A levels are different qualifications. So phrases like "A-levels i wanted to go down the t-level route" can lead to confusion.

Go to the paramedic science course page on the websites of unis that you might apply to and check the section called Entry Requirements.

For example:

https://www.herts.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/paramedic-science

You can use the NHS course finder to seach for courses:
