AQA GCSE chemistry paper 1 2024 [TRIPLE]

hi, in my mocks I’ve been getting grade 5/6s and I’m aiming for a grade 7/8 in chemistry. I find this my hardest subject to revise on. I’m fine with the calculations in Quantitative chemistry, it’s just topic 4/5 I struggle so much to remember and relearn. Any advice?

(I’ve watched the free science lesson videos playlist on the whole of paper 1)

Hey! Try to do as many exam questions as you can. If you know the topic well, just focus on exam-style questions. Also, try to look for "exampro" booklets. It helped me a lot. Good luck

Chemistry is my strongest science and honestly I really believe that it’s about continuous pain. Every exam season you have to revise properly. Do all the questions. Learn all the formulas. If you try hard enough I am sure you can get the 8/9.

Maybe you should try and make notes from memory. If you like sketching, draw diagrams and stuff (normally what I do). For Topic 4 and 5, I guess it's mainly about how you word your answers so I suggest you look over model answers and mark schemes, so you structure your answers and reasoning properly. Good luck! 🤞

try writing notes on it. I find writing stuff down helps me remember better. Use physics and maths tutor they have exam questions based on topics and the mark scheme could help you understand how to write the questions properly
