I can only give you a list of accredited courses that are approved by the RTPI (the professional body for urban planning in the UK): https://www.rtpi.org.uk/become-a-planner/study-at-university/england/
The architecture degrees tend to only be for architecture (you can use the degree for other jobs like any degree, but this specifically is usually for architecture). You can still go into urban planning with an architecture degree, but you would start from the bottom as if you didn't have a degree at all.
