supervised rest breaks

hi i have my first a level exam on tuesday and i get to use supervised rest breaks (5 min break every 30 minutes). if anyone has them, how useful are they to you and what do you do during that time? plan the questions in your head? or just chill

I get rest breaks, but I take them as and when I need them and usually stay in the exam room. I also type my exams and take my exams in a smaller room. I find the rest breaks useful because I easily lose concentration so if I'm feeling like I'm getting distracted I will take a rest break to try and refocus my thoughts. It also helps to calm down if I'm getting stressed.

I also get rest breaks! While mine are just time to recover from a migraine (if needed) they are still very helpful for me!! I would definitely recommend using it.

Hi, I get rest breaks usually if I feel the need to use one I would just put my hand up and ask the investigator if I can have a rest break, sometimes I would be allowed to stand outside or just sit in my chair and rest!
