Applying to Swedish Uni as UK/EU citizen

Hey,
I have dual UK/German citizenship,
I've applied to a uni in Sweden but am unsure whether I am classed as an EU or International student.
Does anyone know whether it's similar to the UK whereby you need to have lived in the UK for at least 3 years to be classed as a home student?
I've been living and registered in Germany since October last year.

Many thanks

Pretty sure you pay domestic fees in Sweden if you are an EU/EEA citizen regardless of residence.
