The Student Room Group

Home or overseas fees

Sure, here's the corrected version: "Hi, I am a student in England and I have been a resident in the UK for 4 years, but I still don’t have indefinite leave to remain. This year, I applied to go to university, and last week my university sent me a fee assessment that I completed. They replied that I will be considered as an overseas student. Does this mean that I need to have indefinite leave to remain to be considered as a home student?"
Hi there. It isn't Student Finance England (SFE) who decide the Tuition Fee you are charged by the university.

SFE have their own criteria for eligibility to take out the loan. We cap the Tuition Fee you can apply for at £9250.

What is your nationality? Thanks, Leah.
