Looking for a replacement tenant for a flat very close to Waterloo in Central London

Hi !

I have a double room available in Oval that has really good access into most parts of London including a 30 min walk/15 min bus ride to Waterloo.

This room is part of a 3 bed flat right next to Oval Station (on the Northern Line). It's also a 10 min walk to Vauxhall Station.

The flat is £235 per week and the bills are paid every 3 months and comes to around £100 (for 3 months) this includes all utilities and WiFi.
