Should i keep pursuing this or do you think ill get hurt

Been seeing this woman whos 15 years older than me (im 20) and basically im her little boy toy😂 she invites me round and gives me drinks and beak n that. We’ve shagged a few times and as mad as it is i think im startin to catch feelings we get on really well and the way she looks at me just sends me. Apparently shes been telling her sisters shes really into me as well but i feel like the age thing is gonna be a problem + she has 2 kids. Shes also a bit of a **** n would probably cheat on me😂
