The Student Room Group

SFE as student who dropped out and is now going to a different uni

When applying for SFE for tuition fee and minimum maintenance loan do I click "Create Account" and tick the "Yes, I have applied for student finance before" (as opposed to just logging in) and then submit my details this way?
I wasn't asked proof of identity as it has already said I have provided this (when I first applied for SFE when I attended my 1st uni in 2022), nor was I asked to submit parent's details (I assume this is because I requested minimum maintenance).
Just checking if I have done this correctly.

Hi there. Have you applied previously and were approved for a loan? If you are starting a new course we would require your ID, you would be asked for your valid UK Passport on the application. We don't require you sponsor details if you have requested the minimum Maintenance Loan. Thanks, Leah?

Hi,
Yes I applied previously and received my loan for the year I attended university (2022/23). When reapplying I believe SFE acknowledges this as part of my previous application in 2022 (as when I reapply it states I will be attending my new uni 2022-2027 as opposed to 2024-27)? Therefore should I cancel my application (does this affect my repayment in any way) or mail a change of circumstances form that states I have changed university?
Thanks
