incident in IB exam

basically in one of my IB exams without thinking i just opened the paper and started reading it before they said they five minutes reading time had started, one of the invigilators caught me and shouted across the room 'don't look at the exam paper' so obvs i stopped when i realised what i was doing, after this nothing happened.. but then at the end of the exam i saw the invigilator was collecting everyone's papers by putting one on top of the other but then when it came to mine she put it underneath the pile... I'm not sure if i'm overthinking it too much, but does anyone know if you would be told straight away if they report it to the IB?? or do they just not tell you and you end up finding out on results day you got 0???? someone please help.. thank you.

You'd be fine, don't worry about it. It is not a huge issue. The invigilator will probably just have to report it to your school's exam office but the exam office won't escalate to IBO, unless there is something more serious. No, you will not get 0!

I don't think it will be reported to the IB because once you were given a warning you stopped immediately. I also think schools will try to defend their students as much as possible and won't report students for such minor things.

true schools often prioritise their reputation so wouldnt want to file many complaints of such small things
