Uni of Portsmouth Accomodation

Hi!
My name's Temi I'm currently a first year student at Portsmouth. Basically, I booked an accommodation for second year with a friend (a twin studio plus in Crown Place) but now we have changed our minds and want to live in a house with a bunch of our other friends. The problem we have is we can't be released from our accommodation contract until we've found people to hand over our rooms to.
It would be perfect for any applicants that have a friend they want to live or would prefer to share a kitchen with only one other person. It is right in the city centre and if you don't end up going to Portsmouth you can easily be released from the contract as per their cancellation policy. (Their cancellation policy allows you to cancel if :
"Your offer of a place at your preferred University/Higher Education institution is withdrawn as a result of you not achieving the required entry grades"
or
"You have surpassed your required entry grades and choose to go to a different University or you have extenuating circumstances that prevents you taking your place at university." )

There's 3 rooms in total:
2 of them share a kitchen
1 has been book on its own just down the corridor
