On their web page for Pharmacy MPharm (Hons), here, they say:
"We will no longer accept admission/transfers to MPharm (UCAS course code B230), from any foundation route with the exception on those applicant/students coming from a Pharmacy Foundation, both internally and externally. We no longer accept admission/transfers from any BSc in scientific areas."

I advise you not to do that. Switching from that course to pharmacy would use up one of your years of student finance funding and if you ever need to resit or retake then you won’t be funded.
Also don’t go to Kingston their facilities are terrible it’s more like a sixth form than a uni. If you decide to not do pharmaceutical science foundation year and go down the pharmacy with foundation route at Kingston then they ask you to get 70% in 4 modules and to pass a progression interview, so your not even guaranteed to get into the course.
I advise you make it easy for yourself and avoid Kingston/medway school of pharmacy for their foundation programmes since they don’t guarantee you entrance into MPharm
