you can say how he initially regrets killing Duncan because of the divine right of kings and because its a mortal sin and he'll go to hell, you can say he regrets it later because he misses his old life when he had everything, you can say he regrets it because his life is falling apart (tragic fall, great chain of being, etc), you can talk about how his relationship with lady Macbeth is fracturing
