Graduate Accommodation at Christchurch College, Oxford

Hi,

I've been accepted into a grad program at Oxford starting October 2024 with Christchurch as my College.

How is the Graduate Accommodation at Christchurch? I believe all the graduate accommodation is in new buildings in the Quad.

I'm a bit puzzled at the costs-- it seems the graduate accommodation is significantly more expensive than the University Housing. In fact, I checked the rents for grad accommodation at other Colleges and it turns out Christchurch is significantly more expensive.

I'm a bit puzzled at why this might be-- I thought Christchurch has a lot of resources, and that things would be cheaper here!

Anyone can offer any insight into the quality of grad housing at Christchurch, and whether it is worth paying the extra amount?
