About Masters in Digital Media..

i'm planning to continue my study for master in digital media/multimedia and i'm interested to apply for uni of York because i feel like the courses are what i really want to learn and also the fact that York itself is a Unesco listed city of media arts.

my other choice is uni of Amsterdam's (UvA) Television and cross-media programme which also has courses that i love to learn. and the fact that the university is well known and is a top notch school for media studies. my friends back here told me to pursue for UvA instead bcs the name would sell better in my cv for later when im looking for a job. but as far as i know, uni of York is also well known... right? i only looked at its online statistic and stuff, i dont have the context of York's reputation within the country.

so, if you guys have any insights to give either about york uni or amsterdam uni, i would love to hear it. thank you!

Hi, I'm delighted to hear you are considering York for your Masters.

Digital Media degrees are taught in our School of Arts and Creative Technologies. The school is based our media complex with fantastic facilities on offer. Masterclasses with industry professionals and careers guidance are built into our courses, so you'll be able to consider your next steps as you study.

I'd recommend watching some of our course page subject videos, and also getting the student view by visiting our blog and vlog channels.

Thanks and good luck, J
