My Crush Is Confusing Me

idrk if its a crush but basically i followed him on insta and he followed back so messaged him in April and we talked over the april break everything was good. i asked if we could be friends and he said yeah sure, you seem like a nice person and i said i thought you hated me bcs i spoke to him too much at school he said nah never schools just a bad circumstance like he's kind of a dry person to everyone. He's doing his A level this year but I'm the year below but I'm older than him so he didn't know that till i walked with him one day, like our convos were so nice for a guy who barely talks to people outside of his group, let alone year 13. But one day he just unfollowed me on insta, i didn't ask why but we still spoke at school friendly, i would still message and he would respond and i have him on snap and although i mostly get left on delivered on snap it doesn't bother me and we always smile at each other. He views my snap stories when i have posted stuff on insta and I've messaged him he views my insta story but he's not following me. since it was there last day before study leave i took a picture with him and signed his arm and decided to follow him but its been 2 days and he hasn't followed back but he's been online. I don't understand i thought we were at least friends we even discussed our dream jobs, unis and everything. :frown:

Reading this my brain was like ¿Que?

So far my immidiate thought was that maybe he is just realising or at least suspecting that you like him???(possibly im not good at deciphering people ngl) But sometimes people do act like that so yea
I know this might not be very helpful if I can think of anything else I’ll tell you :smile:

yeah icl i feel like I've wasted my last month and a bit with him;-; I'm trying to move on but my year 13 friends are posting pics and videos he's included, in their posts and one of them is a girl i know has a crush on him;-; so it kinda hurts. should i just leave it ? bcs in june imma see even more y13 posts for prom and stuff and i now feel like he actually didn't care about all the times i spoke to him BUT at the same time his friend tried to push him over to where i was sitting once and why would he do that unless yk he had said something about me yk? but if i was to message him on insta Ik he will respond. i was thinking about sending a good luck on exams type of reel

if he's worth that much to you and vice versa, i would communicate to him about the issue. however here, that doesn't seem the case. i would not give those the time of day if they were sending me mixed signals, Know your worth darling!

that's so true Ty ty bcs the mixed signals are WAY too mixed. imma leave him alone now. there are better people out there
