SFE 2024 Sponsor Details shown to be ‘Not Complete’ even though they are.

This is a common issue, both me and my friend are having this problem, where the income information our parents have submitted has gone to the 2023 application instead of the 2024 one, and when we check our SFE accounts, it states there’s they are still awaiting the Sponsor details. When we asked our parents to log into the ‘Support A Student Finance Application’ site, and they entered our details (the CRN is copied and pasted so it’s definitely correct, and our dates of birth were both correct too) but the resulting message is ‘We can’t find your application right now’. Both of us would like to avoid having our parents fill out the PFF2 form as it’s quite ‘complex’ for them and they barely even know how to print out the form to fill it out! Since this is a common issue, do you think SFE will fix the system? When’s the deadline for the Sponsor Details to be submitted? Can they not just look at the 2023 form since that’s where the information has been submitted to instead? Lots of questions here. Most importantly, I would just like to know if the system’s problems will affect my SFE maintenance loan payment as this is something I cannot afford to have affected.
